
ASSISTANT PURCHASING
1. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
2. Receives purchases request form from user, checks for accuracy, issue PO for approval.
3. Prepares periodic reports related to purchasing, inventory control, and shipping and
receiving records on purchase master data based.
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery and update internal databases with order details
(Dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
5. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
6. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
7. Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
8. Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
