Job Duties:
1.Provide effective leadership and direction to clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment.
2.Recruit, train, and supervise clinical and administrative personnel.
3.Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development plans for staff members.
4.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize clinic efficiency.
5.Oversee day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management.
6.Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve clinic performance.
7.Develop and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
8.Monitor revenue and expenses, identify variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
9.Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
10.Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
11.Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
12.Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
13.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
14.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including patient records and regulatory filings.
15.Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
16.Collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
17.Facilitate effective communication within the clinic and with external partners, such as insurers and suppliers.
18.Participate in meetings, committees, and other activities to promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
19.Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Directors/Manager.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2.Proven experience in healthcare management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
3.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4.Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
5.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality improvement initiatives.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
