Job Descriptions:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases;
- Print and prepare documents for internal and external distributions;
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail, including packaging, postage, and distribution;
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure records are well-organized.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum SPM qualification or equivalent;
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail;
