• To inspect and suggest necessary improvement actions around company facilities regarding safety , health and environmental risks. • To facilitate all aspects of health , safety and environment (HSE) in the workplace and access the potentially hazardous area to ensure employee safety. • To develop , implement , evaluate and review the health, safety and environment (HSE) policies , programs and procedures according to regulations for the company. • To maintain records for health , safety and environmental (HSE) information to meet or comply with government requirements. • To create health , safety and environmental (HSE) plans that include suggested improvements to infrastructure and business processes. • To interact with various authorities like DOE , JPAS , DOSH and BOMBA whenever required. • To investigate accident / incident at workplace and report to DOSH in timely manner. • Designing and delivering safety training programs for employees to raise awareness and promote safe work practices; • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time. Requirement : • Degree in Safety, Health & Environmental field and or other relevant discipline. • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in HSE role. • Experience with ISO14001/ISO45001 • Green Book holder (DOSH Certified/Registered SHO).
