  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our academic team as a Part-Time MBA Lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, conducting assessments, and guiding students in the MBA programme. Candidates who can start immediately are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials in line with the MBA curriculum.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and course outlines.
  • Facilitate class discussions and case studies to enhance critical thinking.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and presentations.
  • Provide academic support and consultation to students as required.
  • Participate in curriculum review and improvement when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with the academic quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (PhD preferred).
  • At least 3 years of teaching or industry experience relevant to MBA subjects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with blended or online teaching tools is an added advantage.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Must be passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
