  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Act as a Scrum Master for one or more development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and implementing process enhancements. Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder team productivity. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices while maintaining flexibility to adapt to project needs. Manage project documentation, including backlogs, burndown charts, and status reports. Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in project management, preferably in software development or IT projects. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a cross-functional team environment. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Experience managing projects across multiple platforms (web, mobile, etc.). Familiarity with project management tools like Jira , Trello , Asana , or similar. Proficiency in creating and maintaining product backlogs, sprint plans, and release schedules. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). SAFe Agilist (SA) or other Agile-related certifications. Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile processes. Preferred Skills: Experience with distributed or remote teams. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Slack, or Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
