  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Manage and Maintain all Master data in Master files.
  • Outlet/Product/Promotions/Work Plans/Tasks and execute this into the live/test environments timeously.
  • Maintain all auto reporting (i.e. review usage, ensure distribution lists are updated and maintained, Ensure delivery on pre-agreed schedule.
  • Maintain all standard reports and manage accessibility and distribution of these reports.
  • Execute ad-hoc reports based on requirement and ensure accuracy.
  • Execute monthly business reports to measure against contracted key performance indicators.
  • Check system compliance and track output against all defined KPIs.
  • Assess root causes for user and reporting issues and advise according to correct this or liaise with development team to action and track correction.
  • Translate business/operation problem into data requirements to develop data application projects.
  • Understand data requirements of clients and assist in measurement/reporting by drawing actionable insights from available data to help solve business problem.

Functional skills and knowledge

  • Demonstrate knowledge with trends and new developments in the industry, client/customer needs and professional expertise
  • Ability to analyze business challenges and provide appropriate solutions, problem solving; and results-driven
  • Excellent proficiency in MS office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Key competencies
  • Excel (Basic), Power BI (Beginner), Presentation (Basic).

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in data analytics, market research or related field is required
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Fresh/UEC graduate are welcome to apply, we will consider to put into junior position and, training will be provided.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
