Why You’ll Love This Role:
As a HR Generalist & Admin, you’ll be involved in a wide range of HR functions—from policy development and engagement to organizational development and internal communications. This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, organizational culture, and employee experience, paired with excellent organizational and communication skills for event coordination. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure policies are aligned with local labor laws and company values.
- Monitor compliance with policies and advise management and employees accordingly.
- Conduct policy training and awareness sessions for employees and managers.
- Liaise with legal advisors or labor law consultants as needed
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support the rollout and coordination of training programs and learning opportunities
- Contribute ideas to improve employee experience, performance management, and HR initiatives
- Plan and manage internal HR events such as town halls, team-building activities, onboarding events, cultural celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee morale, workplace culture, and retention.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in HR generalist or HR support roles
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and engagement practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to share ideas and drive improvements
- Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
