Factohub Group (delyrose.com) is seeking a dynamic and engaging Content Creator cum Live Host to conceptualise, create, and present compelling content across various platforms, with a strong focus on live streaming. This multifaceted role requires a creative storyteller with on-camera presence, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with online audiences in real-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, producing high-quality written, visual, and video content, and hosting captivating live streams that drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately, business growth.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
  • Create high-quality written content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, website copy, scripts).
  • Produce visually appealing content (e.g., graphics, images, short-form videos).
  • Plan, film, and edit engaging video content for various platforms

Live Hosting & Engagement:

  • Plan and execute engaging live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok.
  • Serve as the on-camera host, presenting content in a clear, engaging, and authentic manner.
  • Interact with live audiences in real-time, responding to comments and questions.
  • Develop creative formats and segments for live streams to maximize audience participation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to integrate key messages and promotions into live content.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Track and analyse content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future content.
  • Provide regular reports on content performance and live stream engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and live streaming.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with any necessary external partners or influencers.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats (writing samples, social media content, videos).
  • Demonstrable experience as a Live Host or on-camera presenter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Canva, Capcut).
  • Excellent on-camera presence with the ability to engage and connect with an audience.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with specific live streaming platforms and their features.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or F&B trends.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics.
  • Experience in community management.

Business Hours:

  • Monday-Friday: 9AM-6PM
  • Saturday: 9AM-2PM
