  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Provide assistance and support to Senior Manager Operations on his Administrative matters.


ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Record incoming and outgoing mail or documentation addressed to the Senior Manager
  • Sending mail or documentation from the Senior Manager's minute to the relevant officers for the next course of action
  • To handle routine correspondence of Operation
  • Fixing, record, updating and reconfirm daily movement (meeting, appointment, discussion) with internal or external staff for the Senior Manager
  • To arrange meeting room and refreshment
  • Making and receiving calls from internal and external for the Senior Manager
  • To ensure travelling warrant, accommodation and transportation for Senior Manager
  • To arrange the Senior Manager's traveling claims
  • Manage, updating file and ensure confidential fail is arrange accordingly
  • Other duties as required by the Senior Manager from time to time
  • To record movement and vacation of Senior Manager and Airport Manager from Central Region

  • To comply with Standard of regulatory requirement (MAHB Policies and Procedure)

Skills

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Preferably possess working knowledge in SAP
  • Computer literate preferably in Microsoft Office

Education

SPM or equivalent with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
