  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide training and workshops for Thermo Fisher Scientific ABI/ Ion torrent customers.
  • To support the Thermo Fisher Scientific Life Sciences Sales Team in pre-sales activities such as CME, demo & product validation.
  • Proactive in learning and being a good team member with all stakeholders, including principals, colleagues and customers to achieve Company goals.

Job Description:

- Manage queries from internal and external customers and provide technical support to any problems encountered by users.

- Plan, organize and conduct courses/ seminar/ workshop/ on products for customers.

- Maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of the users’ application needs.

- Work with relevant sales person to meet the sales team’s demonstration commitments.

- Provide technical training to sales representative and collaborate with them in developing and planning of sales & marketing related activities.

- Prepare weekly activities report to the Supervisor when required.

- Comply with ISO quality management system requirement.

- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from the Superior from time to time.

Requirements

Skill Required:

- Good interpersonal and customer service skills

- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing

- Strong analytical mind and troubleshooting skills

- Reporting skills

- Presentation skills

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Responsible, independent and well-organized to travel domestically and/or internationally.

- Proactive in acquiring knowledge related to instruments, reagents, software and life science research applications.

- Possess own transport and willing to travel; allowance is given accordingly.

- Position preferably for Malaysian citizens.
