HSSE EXECUTIVE

 Advise all employees on various SHE initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.  Daily inspect the total plant on processes, systems, equipment and people are in compliance with the Industry safety standards.  Provide technical expertise on safety equipment on regulatory SHE compliances.  Assist GM in the quarterly safety committee meeting to identify and help rectify any SHE issues and policies.  Represent the organization with local authorities eg DOE, Bomba and Majlis Perbandaran on all SHE matters  Develop Safety programs on training, policies and procedures for communication and updates.  Ensure emission and effluent discharge are within the environment standards.  Follow up with Lab and external lab parties on the stack monitoring report and IETS (Industrial Effluent Treatment system) and rectify any matters arising from the feedback.  Support in the managing of the chemical storage and hazardous material management on all safety aspects.  Conduct environmental training programs and relevant DOE updates for employees’ knowledge and actions if required.  Represent the organization with government authorities in support of environment strategies.  Perform additional responsibility as requested by Management.  Coordinating ISO14001 & ISO 45001 certification in terms of monitoring implementation and ensuring compliance towards requirement.  To coordinate internal audit, training and meeting on certifications related matters.
