  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: 11AM – 10PM (6 Days/Week)

Who We Are

At Avocadian, we believe healthy food should be delicious, affordable, and accessible. With three outlets (and growing!), we're on a mission to spread good vibes through great food—and we’re looking for an F&B Manager to help lead the charge.

Your Role

We’re not just hiring a manager—we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow from the ground up and lead by example. You’ll start by learning the basics (cashier, juice-making, etc.) and gradually take full ownership of daily operations across all 3 outlets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Learn daily outlet tasks: cashiering, prepping, juicing, cleaning, etc.
  • Manage and schedule staff rosters for all 3 outlets
  • Step in to support when outlets are short-staffed
  • Handle and resolve customer feedback professionally
  • Monitor stock levels and restock each outlet as needed
  • Open and close shifts; bank in daily cash
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members
  • Ensure SOP compliance and high service standards
  • Conduct regular quality control and cleanliness checks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive shop environment
  • Work closely with founders to improve operations and customer experience

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone responsible, reliable, and willing to be hands-on
  • Has own transport and is comfortable traveling between outlets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to handle fast-paced environments and multitask
  • Minimum 1 year in F&B or similar supervisory role preferred

Salary & Benefits

  • Total Monthly Package: RM3,400 – RM3,600 (Basic + OT + EPF + Transport Allowance)
  • 6 working days per week
  • 8 days annual leave
  • 11 public holidays
  • 14 days sick leave
