Handle Accounting and Administrative tasks. Performing basic accounting ; assist with invoices, payment tracking and basic bookkeeping. Providing general office administration ; maintaining adequate levels of office supplies such as stationery, pantry items and business forms. Assist in audit preparation and compliance documents. To handle HR function includes payroll, recruitment and other HR related matters. To ensure HR practices are compliance with regulatory/ local labour regulation. Process end to end monthly payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees. Manage and ensure timely submission of all statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO and EIS. Performing ad hoc tasks or any other tasks assigned/ required by the Management. Familiar with e-invoicing will be advantage
