Responsibilities
- Sales & Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including calls, photocopying, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate room bookings, meeting spaces, corporate/wedding group arrangements, and government events.
- Prepare sales kits, quotations, proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and proforma invoices.
- Assist with site inspections and maintain accurate sales records and client databases.
- Track sales leads, conversion rates, and monthly reports to monitor business trends.
- Marketing & Communications (MarCom)
- Support the Manager in planning and executing marketing campaigns and media relations.
- Assist with promotions, advertising content (print and digital), and the creation of sales/press materials.
- Handle hotel social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with engaging and brand-consistent content.
- Coordinate media visits, press releases, celebrity engagements, and influencer events.
- Be present during filming and photo shoots and assist with special occasion decorations and activations.
- Client Engagement & Event Coordination
- Organize monthly client appreciation events such as cocktails for bookers and loyalty guests.
- Manage giveaways, festive collateral, and promotional stock materials.
- Respond to internal event requests and ensure smooth coordination and documentation.
- Uphold strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and media representatives.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or hospitality-related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to support visual content creation and promotions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across departments.
