Responsibilities

1. Admin:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries.
  • Keep track of and maintain company assets and infrastructures; maintain office environment.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements for management and employees.

2. Performance Management:

  • Execute all tasks given and responsible for work performance.
  • Prepare and submit performance management reports to Chief Financial Officer.
  • Identify areas of improvement based on the performance management report.

3. Quality Management System:

  • Implement company policy and departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Implement improvement in Finance & Account department.
  • Support other internal customers in operations to ensure products and services meet customer and other interested parties’ requirements.
  • Ensure proper document and record keeping in Finance & Account department.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma in Business Administration

Experience

  • At least 1 years of experience in bookkeeping
  • At least 1 years of experience in admin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
