  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Work with group finance team to handle local subsidiary's accounting, tax and treasury
  • Maintain fixed assets, shares, loan, and property register
  • Prepare monthly audit schedule and reconciliation reports
  • Handle all aspects of daily accounting functions, ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, cash-flow, forecasts and budgets
  • Provide support to Year End Audit as well as Tax filing
  • Timely delivery of monthly financial reports, cash-flow and management reports
  • Assist to prepare forecast and budget
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and other regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with all local and statutory requirements
  • Administer the finance SOP & policies and office administration

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, and Finance/Accountancy
  • Proficient in Mandarin (written & spoken)
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience with retail industry & 1 year managerial experience in similar field
  • Ability to work independently under high-pressure environments while making sound critical decision making.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
