This role involves technical setup, troubleshooting, and coordination with customers and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure devices according to company standards.
- Conduct functionality tests to ensure device is operating correctly before deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the device
- Maintain records of stocks, replacements, and repairs
- Work with vendors, IT teams, and customer support to address related concerns
- Maintain detailed logs of devices configurations, issues, and resolutions
Requirements & Skills:
- Age between 20 – 30 years
- Experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work and adapt to changing work schedules if required.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license with own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
