This role involves technical setup, troubleshooting, and coordination with customers and internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure devices according to company standards.
  • Conduct functionality tests to ensure device is operating correctly before deployment.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the device
  • Maintain records of stocks, replacements, and repairs
  • Work with vendors, IT teams, and customer support to address related concerns
  • Maintain detailed logs of devices configurations, issues, and resolutions

Requirements & Skills:

  • Age between 20 – 30 years
  • Experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Well verse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work and adapt to changing work schedules if required.
  • Possess a valid motorcycle license with own transport.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
