Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department/team: This includes a wide range of tasks such as managing and organizing physical and electronic files, scheduling meetings and appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies, and providing general clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support the efficient workflow of administrative processes: This involves assisting with tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and distributing documents. It may also include assisting in the coordination of events, travel arrangements, or other logistical needs of the department/team.
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the office environment: This includes providing general administrative assistance as needed, which may involve answering phone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a well-organized and professional work environment. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to support various administrative tasks as they arise.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field, preferably Management or Business Studies.
  • At least 6 months of administrative or related work experience is advantageous.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy (proficient in Word and Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
