Google Ad Specialist
Role Overview:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing strategies, managing budgets, performing A/B testing, and continuously optimizing campaigns across various Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video / Youtube.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across different markets, ensuring they meet performance goals and KPIs.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for growth. Develop and implement keyword strategies that align with our objectives.
Ad Copywriting & Testing: Write compelling ad copy for search and display ads. Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bids to improve ad performance.
Budget & Bidding Management: Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend, and adjust bids to optimize cost-per-click (CPC) and return on investment (ROI) / Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to demonstrate campaign effectiveness. Provide regular updates and actionable insights to internal teams.
Collaboration: Work with other members of the marketing team (content, social media etc.) to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (within the e-commerce space preferably but not a must)
Solid understanding and experience with Google Ads (including search, display, shopping, PMAX and demand generation) and accompanying features e.g. smart bidding, targeting
Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data analysis tools
Experience with optimising and managing product listings with Google Merchant Center
Experience with performance marketing, budget management, pacing, strategy and track record of meeting performance goals/KPI
Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate that into actionable optimisations and campaign improvements
Strong attention to detail, able to think critically and work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with other ad platforms like Meta / TikTok or marketplaces like Shopee / Lazada is a plus, but not a must
Willingness to learn and grow as a digital marketing professional with one of the fastest-growing DTC brands in Singapore
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
