Job Description

  • Require strategic planning, execution of SOP/ policies, and the ability to motivate and develop teams to deliver exceptional retail experiences.
  • Responsible for managing overall store operations and analyzing sales performance to enhance revenue opportunities while controlling operating costs to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the store team to achieve and deliver outstanding performance and productivity in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Attract, cultivate, and empower retail team members; foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
  • Maintain adherence to operational standards, uphold staff conduct, and ensure a clean and well-maintained store environment
  • Manage inventory procedures to maintain ideal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail/ business management is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the Retail industry, preferably Apparel/ Fashion global brand experience or relevant experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
