Operation Executive cum Admin
Location: Uptown 2, Damansara Utama
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Days: 5 days in a week
Salary Range: RM 3000 – RM 4500

Responsibilities

  • Managing back-end operation of customer Service Centre.
  • In charge on back-end process of sharing session training between HQ staff and after-sales area employees.
  • Monitor and ensure customer data key in correctly into RCSM system.
  • Checking, analyzing and amending mistakes on abnormal repair order daily.
  • Handle and evaluate requests on change repair order from After-Sales area employees.
  • Calculate after-sales area employee’s KPI based on abnormal repair orders.
  • Investigate and analyze the suspicious repair orders from Call Centre return visit’s report, presenting results to superior.
  • Conduct sharing session training weekly, gather feedback from HQ staff and after-sales area employees.
  • In charge on AIoT – TV’s repair and replacement process.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare proposals as assigned.
  • Responsible to design and generate weekly, monthly or annual abnormal repair order report to superior.
  • Liaise and arrange with renovation company, then arrange man power and tools for new service center.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. -Working together with the team to achieve Service Centers’ CSAT, 1 hour repair, and 5 days repair rate.
  • Enhancing relationship between HQ, warehouse and front-liner for efficiency performance with correct information.
  • Weekly inventory management with service center by ensuring they have enough stock inventory.
  • Daily data analysis to trace overdue customer and follow up case by case, ensure customer to be satisfy in the entire service process.
  • Implementation and standardizing professional service experiences , ensure all Service Centre providing a quality service.
  • Handling offline and online customers’ complaints via mobile phone.
  • Event program planning by preparing event proposal with various idea and content.
  • Communicate with various department for event purpose. For example, liaise with designers regarding poster requirements, liaise with the P&L department for certain material ordering.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
  • Good team player and fast learner & good in time management.
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess positive interpersonal communication skills and keen to learn.
  • Required language (s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
  • Job Skills: PPT, Excel, Words, Writing and communication skill.
