SAP Integration Specialist (S/4HANA)

Job Type: Contract (12 months – Renewable) Location: Petaling Jaya (Fully onsite -Client Side) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled SAP Integration Specialist with expertise in S/4HANA to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems and applications. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP integration technologies, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and best practices. The role will be involved in a greenfield S/4Hana implementation project. Key Responsibilities: Integration Design: Design and implement integration solutions for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Development: Develop and configure integration interfaces using SAP tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and SAP BTP. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to business processes. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration designs, configurations, and procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, developers, and external partners to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize integration performance to ensure efficient and reliable data exchange. Compliance: Ensure integration solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Training: Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on integration tools and best practices. Integration Strategy: Develop and implement integration strategies that align with the organization’s overall IT and business goals. Data Mapping: Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate and efficient data exchange between systems. Middleware Management: Manage and maintain middleware platforms used for integration, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally. API Management: Design, develop, and manage APIs to facilitate integration between SAP S/4HANA and other systems. Project Management: Lead and participate in integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful integration of third-party applications. Innovation: Stay current with the latest SAP integration technologies and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to improve integration processes. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance practices to ensure integration solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. User Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and IT staff on new integration tools and processes. Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 2 years focused on S/4HANA. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, SAP BTP, and other integration technologies. Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Integration Suite certification is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
