Post : HR Executive Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and conduct onboarding for new employees. Maintain and update job descriptions in collaboration with department heads. Support employee engagement activities and maintain employee morale. Assist in addressing employee grievances and workplace issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Assist in disciplinary processes and documentation under guidance. Support the processing and renewal of work permits, employment passes, and visas. Liaise with immigration authorities and government bodies as directed. Maintain a database to track expiry dates of permits and licenses. Assist with accommodation, transportation, and medical arrangements for foreign workers. Ensure proper documentation for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory requirements. Support payroll activities by preparing data related to attendance, overtime, and allowances. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including insurance coverage and leave. Coordinate internal and external training programs, including CIDB Green Card, KTMB licenses, and other mandatory certifications. Track certification validity and ensure timely renewals. Maintain records for HRDF compliance and training grants. Assist in managing company-provided accommodations, including rental and maintenance coordination. Support employee welfare programs and health initiatives. Generate periodic HR reports on headcount, attendance, and staff movements. Maintain HRMS records and ensure accurate data entry and reporting. Support the HR department in all administrative and operational matters. Undertake other tasks or projects assigned by the Senior HR Executive or HR Manager.
