Control Center Manager
Job Description
1. Monitor and respond to fault alarms in a timely manner.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external communications.
3. Extract and analyze data trends from Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS), and other monitoring platforms.
4. Manage incidents, including the timely notification and escalation of issues.
5. Initiate and track the progress of work orders to ensure efficiency and resolution.
6. Review work order details as part of a quality assurance process, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
7. Track and report on the consumption of electricity, fuel, and water on a weekly and monthly basis. 8. Execute additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by management, as required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the similar field for about 5-8 years.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree/ Postgraduate Diploma/ Diploma in any engineering or related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
