Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Subang Jaya. This full-time, on-site position will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to successful placement.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market intelligence, and talent movements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends, sourcing strategies, and market insights.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
