Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Executive – Preflight at AirAsia, you will be the face of the airline at the airport, providing exceptional service to guests before their flight. You’ll assist with check-in, baggage handling, boarding procedures, and resolving any issues to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience from airport arrival to aircraft boarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Verify travel documents such as ID, passports, visas, and other required travel paperwork
- Ensure compliance with AirAsia’s safety and security procedures
- Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
- Assist special needs passengers including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and those requiring wheelchairs
- Handle irregular operations such as delays, cancellations, and rebooking with a calm and solution-oriented approach
- Ensure timely and orderly boarding of passengers and coordinate with the ramp and flight crew
- Manage and escalate passenger complaints professionally and empathetically
- Collaborate with other airport stakeholders (immigration, security, customs, etc.) to ensure smooth passenger flow
- Prepare and complete pre-departure documentation as required by airline and regulatory authorities

Pay: RM1,520.74 - RM3,000.00 per month
