Responsibilities :

  • Manage full set of account
  • To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain accurate and updating of accounts records.
  • Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system (Quickbooks).
  • Preparing monthly management account, financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other financial reports.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle all matters related to all statutory bodies (SSM / LHDN / EPF / SOCSO / EIS)
  • Keep all document in proper filing
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Candidates must possess at least LCCI/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
  • Required language (s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 to 5 year (s) working experience in the audit or related accounting field is required for this position
  • Required Skill (s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Bookkeeping, etc
  • Knowledge in Accounting Systems (Quickbooks) will be advantage
  • Able to perform multitasking, good management skills with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Location:
