SAP FICO Lead Analyst

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform as the SAP Lead Analyst for the FICO module, primarily managing business requirements, translating to SAP functionalities and driving standardization of processes. • Lead, drive and manage the Finance module or business area under your responsibility covering key phases of requirements gathering, detailed design, development, testing, change management, deployment and hypercare support. • Work closely and establish productive working relationship with both internal (e.g. end user, super user, management) and external team members (e.g. partner vendor). • Collaborate with users to gather, define and analyse business requirements and business processes. Translate requirements to SAP functionality and working closely with implementation partner. • Propose, review and/or constructively challenge design, solution and/or strategy paper to assure quality and in alignment with regional solution standards and directions. • Participate in the testing phase to ensure quality deliverables and guide/support the users during the UAT. • Support and be directly involved in change management activities (e.g. training, briefing, close support) to ensure a smooth transition for the end users to the new ways of working. • Lead, drive and support data definition and data migration activities (e.g. extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, reconciliation). • Perform deployment and cutover and subsequently, post go-live support. REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc) • Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP experience in FICO module. • Advantageous to have experience in fast moving consumer good industry. • Proven extensive experience managing multiple partner vendors located in a geographically diverse location to deliver results. • Demonstrate experience being an SAP Functional SME or leading an SAP team to deliver solution in a mid to large project implementation settings. • Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills. • Intermediate to expert fluency in both written and spoken English. • Preferably to have 5+ full SAP or equivalent ERP project lifecycle implementation. • Preferably certified in SAP module of your expertise. 1 year contract (Renewable)
