  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Provide Level 2/3 support for IP/MPLS, enterprise, and carrier-grade networks. 4. Analyze network logs, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA compliance. 5. Network Maintenance & Configuration 6. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls. 7. Implement and support MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, HSRP, and QoS. 8. Perform firmware upgrades, security hardening, and IP address management (IPv4 & IPv6). 9. Training & Knowledge Sharing 10. Conduct technical training, workshops, and operational guides for staff. 11. Ensure the team is equipped with network troubleshooting knowledge. Requirements: 1. Education - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. 2. Certifications (Preferred) - CCNA/CCNP (Cisco), JNCIA/JNCIP (Juniper). 3. Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of IP networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, VPNs. 4. Experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS,ISIS). 5. Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA). 6. Understanding of network monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios). 7. Experience - Minimum 2 years in IP networking, technical support, or network administration. 8. Experience - ISP or enterprise networking; cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. 9. Other Requirements - Own transport (car) and willing to travel within East Malaysia. 10. On-call 24/7 and available for night shifts when required. 11. Detail-oriented, independent, and able to troubleshoot under pressure.
