Job Summary Working under the supervision of the Superior & HOD, the full-time Administration will carry out duties assigned to them in a professional manner. Will seek to gain knowledge of the companies’ procedures and expand their work ethic. Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies 2. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data 3. Maintain internal databases 4. Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations 5. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment 6. Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors. 7. Handles event planning for meetings, professional development, and other department initiatives. 8. Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed 9. Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks 10. Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers 11. Any others ad-hoc tasks given by your superior from time to time.
