They are looking for a Human Resource Executive to oversee personnel-related matters, including recruitment, payroll management, and employee management for office based in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, preferably in the food and beverage industry, and be well-versed in labour laws. This role requires a proactive professional who ensures that employees are engaged, well-trained, and productive to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities  Develop and implement hiring plans to ensure the right number of front-line employees are hired based on business needs.  Prepare and manage job offers, employment contracts, and work permits.  Ensure timely and accurate salary payments while adhering to payroll regulations.  Track attendance, manage shift rotations, and approve leave requests while avoiding understaffing.  Organize job-specific training sessions, including customer service, food handling, and safety procedures.  Monitor the effectiveness of different hiring sources (job boards, social media, referrals) to optimize recruitment strategies.  Collaborate with the Training team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector
