To assist the Admin Manager on the following:- 1) Salary calculation and management of annual leave & sick leave. 2) Operation of Admin Department. 3) Implementation and enforcement of policy and objectives. 4) Recruitment of new employees. 5) Provide Orientation Programme for new employee. 6) Co-ordinate the training needs/plan with other departments head. 7) Compile annual training plan. 8) Ensure maintenance of Administration Department records in order 9) Public relation and dealing with government agencies (eg. MIDA, KDN, Immigration and Custom) 10) Report and process matters relating to Socso, Labor Office & JKKP. 11) Update and apply insurance for employee. 12) HRDF training grants application. 13) Review monthly processing employee attendance record for finance/payroll. 14) Review data for new join and resign employee for finance/payroll. 15) Process and submit yearly income tax form (Borang BE) for foreign workers. 16) Responsible to fullfill guildeline ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016, AS9100:2016. 17) Any other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
