Salary: RM3,500 – RM10,000 (Elite Programme + Commission)
Location: Suite 30-3 Level 30, Menara Capsquare Tower, Jalan Abdullah Munshi, 55750 WP Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Flexible Hours (Monday compulsory to attend office)
Job Scope
1) Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their financial needs, goals, and concerns
2) Provide professional advice on suitable life insurance, takaful, and investment products tailored to individual needs
3)Design customized financial plans to help clients achieve their objectives
4)Build strong, long-term, and trusted relationships with clients
5)Effectively communicate the value of AIA's financial products and solutions to meet client needs
6) Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
7) Identify and secure new leads through various channels, including TikTok (live and ads), Instagram, Facebook, referrals, and networking events
8) Organize and host seminars, workshops, or financial webinars to attract and educate potential clients on the importance of financial planning
9) Utilize creative digital marketing strategies to expand reach and influence
10) Ensure smooth processing of policy issuance and update clients on their application status
11) Provide follow-up services, including claim management, policy reviews, and necessary amendments
12) Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing any queries or additional needs
13) Adhere to all company compliance standards, industry regulations, and established guidelines
14) Prepare daily sales reports using tools like ALPA Apps and MIRADS System to monitor performance and track goals
15) Plan and follow a structured sales schedule (weekly, monthly, and yearly), including strategizing to meet individual and agency targets
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales or financial advisory is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Must attend office on Mondays for team meetings and training
