Role Description
This is a contract Storekeeper role based in Ampang. As a Fleet Managment & Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for daily tasks including packing equipment, inventory & fleet management and store operation. This is an on-site role that requires attention to detail and effective organization of asset, equipment and tools:
A) Fleet Management:
· Execution of fleet management processes.
· Ensure that all organization’s vehicles, machineries are properly insured in accordance with the legal / safety requirements.
· Control of the vehicle’s fuel card, Touch & Go.
· Arrangement for schedule service maintenance of vehicles, repairing if required – based on the service maintenance masterlist.
· Lease with third party for any servicing, repairing, insurance related
· Reports any suspicious incidences regarding to security matter (fleet & store) to the management
B) Asset & Inventory Management:
· Act as custodian of all stock across all branches including receiving, storing, delivery and reporting.
· Tracking & monitoring of received material, equipment, stock taking and reporting (stock balance checking by quarterly basis).
· Monitoring the inventory activities by following the related company’s inventory procedures – incoming inspection.
· Ensure cleanliness of storage and proper material arrangement – 5S, FIFO etc.
· Person in charge for any receiving & delivery (outgoing) of project’s equipment activities.
· Adheres to all regulatory workplace on quality, HSE guidelines, all the time.
· Monitoring for calibration equipment & tools schedule based on the calibration masterlist.
· Lease with third party for any measuring equipment calibration process
Qualifications
- Store Management skills
- Experience in Store Control
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Skylift Operation proficiency (added value)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
