  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

物流操作助理 (Logistic Operations Assistant)

Company: Global Logistics and Commodity Trading

Location: Port Klang

Salary : Up to RM4,000

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Job Descriptions:

  • To build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with customers.
  • Ensure consignment order are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and/or management.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargo transportations/status.
  • Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.
  • Assists in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.
  • Maintain systematic document filling.
  • Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.
  • Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business or Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any equivalent.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field, (Prefer in Chemical field)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, e.g. Excel/Words.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
