- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
- Ensure food preparation meets high quality and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station at all times.
- Monitor stock and notify the Sous Chef or Head Chef of any shortages.
- Help develop new dishes or improve existing ones under the direction of senior chefs.
- Train and supervise commis chefs or kitchen assistants assigned to your station.
- Maintain equipment and report any technical issues.
- Follow kitchen health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other station chefs to ensure timing and flow of service.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 5 Years Experience
- 20 years and above
- Additional testimonials will help
- Preferably staying around Sungai Buloh
- No smokers or vapers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
