  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty.
  • Ensure food preparation meets high quality and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station at all times.
  • Monitor stock and notify the Sous Chef or Head Chef of any shortages.
  • Help develop new dishes or improve existing ones under the direction of senior chefs.
  • Train and supervise commis chefs or kitchen assistants assigned to your station.
  • Maintain equipment and report any technical issues.
  • Follow kitchen health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with other station chefs to ensure timing and flow of service.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience
  • 20 years and above
  • Additional testimonials will help
  • Preferably staying around Sungai Buloh
  • No smokers or vapers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
