  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Apply upselling skills by recommending add-ons, signature dishes, desserts, and beverages to increase average customer spend
  • Proactively engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized suggestions
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct items and presentation standards
  • Check in with guests during meals to ensure satisfaction, and handle feedback or complaints professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including table setups and utensil arrangements
  • Build strong customer relationships (PR) by remembering regulars, celebrating special occasions (e.g. birthdays), and making guests feel valued
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle payments and issue receipts when required
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve service, upselling techniques, and product knowledge
  • Follow all SOPs, health & safety procedures, and company policies
  • Manage any ad-hoc tasks assigned as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good conversational skills of English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills and mindset
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
