HRIS Data Management & Employee Record: • Accurately manage HRIS data entry and transfers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. • Maintain and update employee records to ensure all profiles are accurate and up-to-date. Recruitment & Onboarding • Assist in job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. • Support in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, employee records, and conducting orientation. Foreign Worker Permit Management: • Assist in managing foreign workers' permits, ensuring timely renewal procedures are followed.
