Investigation Officer

Job Responsibility: - Conduct investigations into security-related incidents, crimes, and emergency situations. - Operate and analyze CCTV surveillance footage to support investigations. - Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations based on investigative findings. - Apply loss prevention strategies to minimize risk and improve security practices. - Gather, review, and analyze evidence and witness statements. - Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely investigation reports. - Collaborate with internal departments and external authorities as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all investigative processes. Job Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in investigating security incidents, crimes, emergencies, and crises. - Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel. - Sound knowledge of loss prevention methodology. - Excellent analytical, assessment, and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to operate CCTV systems for investigative purposes. - Creative, out-of-the-box investigative mindset. - Exceptional report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
