Job Description

1. Marketplace Management

  • Manage daily operations of online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, company website etc.).
  • Upload and maintain product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor and ensure order fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and timely delivery.

2. Sales Performance & Optimization

  • Analyze marketplace performance and sales data; prepare regular sales and performance reports.
  • Implement promotional campaigns (e.g., flash sales, discount vouchers, paid ads) to increase visibility and conversion.
  • Track competitor pricing and product strategy; recommend actions to stay competitive.

3. Campaign & Merchandising Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns aligned with brand goals and marketplace calendars.
  • Optimize product placement, keywords, and content for better search ranking and conversion.

4. Customer Experience & Service

  • Monitor customer reviews, Q&A, and messages across platforms.
  • Work with customer service team to resolve issues promptly and improve overall rating.

5. Live Streaming Hosting & Coordinating

  • Host regular live sessions to promote products, educate customers, and drive real-time sales.
  • Plan live content and scripts in advance, including product highlights, bundle deals, and customer engagement tactics.
  • Coordinate with creative, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and product availability.
  • Monitor live performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with audience in a friendly and professional manner to build trust and drive brand loyalty.

6. Platform Compliance & Relationship

  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and terms (e.g., content guidelines, service level agreements).
  • Maintain strong working relationships with marketplace account managers for growth opportunities and campaign support.

7. Reporting & Insights

  • Track ROI of marketing and live campaign spend on marketplaces.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations for improving performance across platforms and live sessions.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketplace operations and/or live hosting.
  • Comfortable on camera and confident in live hosting.
  • Strong product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools, seller centers, and live dashboards.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data and performance analysis tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
