Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall testing strategy for Workday implementation and related integrations.
- Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and resource allocations across test phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression).
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure test scenarios and cases are created and reviewed appropriately.
- Support client teams during test execution by providing clear guidance, tracking progress, and managing expectations.
- Lead the defect triage process, including issue tracking, prioritization, assignment, and resolution follow-up.
- Communicate testing status, risks, and metrics to project leadership and stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure all testing activities align with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Contribute to process improvement and documentation around testing standards and practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in test leadership or test management roles for ERP, HCM, or enterprise technology programs.
- Strong understanding of testing processes and test lifecycle management.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional testing involving business, technical, and vendor/client teams.
- Experience with test tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with HCM, Finance, or Procurement business processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in high-paced project environments.
