Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall testing strategy for Workday implementation and related integrations.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, and resource allocations across test phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression).
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure test scenarios and cases are created and reviewed appropriately.
  • Support client teams during test execution by providing clear guidance, tracking progress, and managing expectations.
  • Lead the defect triage process, including issue tracking, prioritization, assignment, and resolution follow-up.
  • Communicate testing status, risks, and metrics to project leadership and stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure all testing activities align with project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvement and documentation around testing standards and practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in test leadership or test management roles for ERP, HCM, or enterprise technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of testing processes and test lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional testing involving business, technical, and vendor/client teams.
  • Experience with test tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with HCM, Finance, or Procurement business processes is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in high-paced project environments.
