  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Conduct advanced diagnostics on mechanical, pneumatic, and electromechanical subsystems to resolve equipment malfunctions with minimal production downtime. 3. Analyze performance trends, vibration data, and failure patterns to implement predictive maintenance routines tailored to high-complexity equipment. 4. Lead root cause investigations for recurring breakdowns and propose engineering-based solutions to improve asset reliability. 5. Work closely with process and production teams to identify and address equipment-induced quality issues that impact tight-tolerance outputs. 6. Support installation, calibration, and alignment of new equipment during capacity expansion or new production line setup. 7. Maintain detailed technical records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and machine history to aid in long-term equipment performance planning. 8. Train junior technicians and production operators on machine care protocols, emphasizing safety and equipment integrity. 9. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support production and team objectives.
