Formulate and enforce health and safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries. Ensure the company complies with all occupational health and safety (OHS) legislation, including DOSH, NIOSH, and other applicable laws. Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits. Recommend preventive and corrective actions. Organize safety training sessions and induction programs for new employees. Raise awareness about health and safety practices. Lead incident investigations and report findings. Identify root causes and propose solutions to prevent recurrence. Perform scheduled and random workplace inspections to ensure safe work practices are being followed. Maintain safety records, prepare reports for management, and submit necessary documentation to relevant authorities.
