To set up work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipments. To prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc). To cook food in various utensils or grillers. To ensure great presentation of dishes before they are served. To keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. To ensure all food and other items are stored properly. To check quality of all ingredients. To monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages. A good team player with great sense of responsibility, practise punctuality, hardworking, prioritize hygiene at all times. To carry out any other reasonable duties given by the Management Team to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
