1. Actively participate in sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition to achieve sales target. 2. Responsible to tracking of the billings, collections, loan documentation in order to achieve the targeted sales volume; - Follow up status with purchaser(s) / Agent(s) /end-financier solicitor / end-financier on status of loan documentation. - Assist purchaser in obtaining end-financing and to arrange necessary documents to be executed by purchasers. 3. Negotiate & close deals. - Assist customers to handle remote payment and information supplement. - Attending to walk in customers & appointment, organizing customer visits and presenting the Company’s products. - Ensure high level of customer satisfaction is upheld at all times. Establish & maintain good relationship with customers. - Attend to all sales enquiries, soft launches and project launches to close sales and achieve sales target. - Highlight issue raised by customer/client to SE so action can be taken to avoid customer dissatisfaction. 4.To administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs. • To adhere and practice company’s code of conduct and all SOPs. • Provide full support on administrative works of the Department.
