  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION SHIN NIPPON SDN BHD seeks an ENGINEERING OPERATIONS MANAGER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Develop long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals • Translate business objectives into actionable engineering plans • Conduct feasibility studies for new technologies and processes • Monitor and adapt to industry trends and competitor benchmarks • Approve product and process drawings • Guide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) reviews • Lead tool & die design validation • Ensure process capability (CPK/PPK) studies are conducted • Approve CNC machining, EDM, and welding programs • Validate cycle time and cost analysis during development • Provide direction for GD&T and tolerance stack-ups • Review BOMs, routings, and drawing packages • Evaluate new CAD/CAM technologies • Implement engineering automation systems • Evaluate and approve capital investments for machinery and tools • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments • Supervise scheduling and resource allocation • Ensure production targets are met with high quality • Monitor machine uptime and downtime • Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules • Approve quality documentation and SOPs • Support internal and external audits • Lead CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans • Monitor in-process and final inspection results • Ensure customer-specific quality requirements are met • Supervise engineers, supervisors, and technicians • Set KPIs and appraisals for engineering staff • Drive training programs for skill upgrades • Conduct technical interviews and onboarding • Promote team collaboration and cross-functional synergy • Encourage innovation and knowledge sharing • Ensure proper delegation of responsibilities Requirement skill: The required skills for the position ENGINEERING OPERATIONS MANAGER are: Min 5 years’ exp in ENGINEERING OPERATIONS MANAGER Ability to develop long-term strategic roadmaps. Strong business modelling & market positioning expertise. Understanding of macroeconomic & industry-specific factors. Ability to identify growth opportunities & mitigate risks Effective problem-solving abilities. Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. Strong financial literacy
