Talent Acquisition
- Execute recruitment initiatives, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and administer assessment tools to identify and select candidates effectively. Act as content owner for Verdant career page. Execute on direct sourcing strategies.
Candidate Experience
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience from first contact to decline or offer and support Day 1 induction, to eventual transition to EX team. Support Pecu team with enabling a great place to work by being process owner for candidate experience, preboarding and Day 1 induction.
Recruitment Insight
- Generate insight from hiring metrics obtained with tools provided for tracking progress and reporting. Act on insight as appropriate for continuous improvement.
Employer Branding
- Support supervisor with executing employer branding strategies including Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR), such as handling the logistics of career fairs and campus partnerships, experience days and community days.
- Create and promote engaging content for 3 target segments (interns & graduates, ‘second jobbers’ and manager +) for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, XHS, Meta). Content will highlight company culture, values and community impact, and positions Verdant as a leader in renewable energy.
- Support on research into talent acquisition and employer branding strategies. Tracking and analysing the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns using metrics and tools.
