Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin/Account Assistant to support our administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks while providing support to the finance team in managing financial records and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, organizing, and managing documents.
  • Support the finance operation with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking.
  • Process payments, receipts, and financial transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting software or spreadsheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and other regulatory filings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Assist in managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and purchase/place orders as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special assignments as needed
