Job Responsibilities: • Tailor the approach and employ effective sales techniques to actively engage customers, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of individual and boutique sales targets. • Deliver exceptional customer service during sales interactions, adhering to customer service guidelines. • Maintain regular communication with potential customers, providing proactive after-sales service and follow-ups. • Offer comprehensive product knowledge and information on product maintenance to customers during the sales process. • Adhere to "Standard Operating Procedures" to ensure a high level of operational efficiency. • Demonstrate initiative in supporting colleagues, fostering mutual cooperation, and promoting effective communication among team members to collectively achieve targets as a team. • Product training will be provided Job Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least SPM or an equivalent education qualification. • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.
